QA Engineer TANG

Role Overview

Join Mondelēz International and be part of the mission to lead the future of snacking. As a QA Engineer for TANG, you will drive the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process within the site quality management system and report results to the Quality Section Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation, change management, quality policy updates, and registration of internal/external documentation.

• Conduct internal audits, manage PDCA cycles, and oversee the CAPA system and management reviews.

• Coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review and manage consumer complaints from start to finish.

• Serve as the key contact for food regulatory agency inspections and communications.

• Implement and monitor HACCP programs, including verification, validation, risk review, and leading HACCP teams.

• Train plant employees on quality awareness, reviewing practices and providing timely feedback.

• Ensure GMP, safety regulations, and accident-free workplace compliance (ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007).

• Manage, maintain, and improve the Quality Chain Management System in compliance with corporate policies, FSSC22000, and legal requirements.

• Maintain and review line performance systems, auditing compliance and proactively identifying issues.

• Manage and improve the Consumer Value Program to verify effectiveness of the quality system.

Qualifications & Experience

• National Diploma (minimum) in a relevant field.

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, especially in Quality.

• Hands-on experience with CTP, CTQs, Run rules, IQS, CPM, CPMU.

• Ability to prepare root cause analyses and CAPA for out-of-specification or consumer complaint events.

• Strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to meet business requirements.

• دبلوم وطني كحد أدنى في مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال التصنيع، خاصة في الجودة.

• خبرة عملية في CTP، CTQs، Run rules، IQS، CPM، CPMU.

• القدرة على إعداد تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وCAPA للحوادث خارج المواصفات أو شكاوى المستهلكين.

• مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع، التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
