• Microsoft Ru’aa Internship is a paid six-month training program.

Data Center Operations

• Document and manage dependencies, supplier contracts, success metrics, resource readiness, operational, supportability, and manageability criteria.

• Review SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs to improve efficiency across IT and Critical Environment (CE) services.

• Partner cross-functionally for global and regional initiatives (e.g., environmental health and safety, risk assessments, certifications).

• Manage and support data center budgets, make tradeoff decisions, and drive fiscal discipline.

• Plan and collaborate with business partners to ensure adherence to datacenter availability, safety, and security.

• Follow Environment, Health, & Safety run books; report any safety or security issues immediately.

• Ensure end-to-end service compliance, quality, and client satisfaction for agreed service levels.

• Draft, negotiate, and structure integrated agreements covering sales, procurement, partnerships, joint ventures, and investments.

• Address legal aspects such as commercial contracts, intellectual property, and data protection.

Strategic Advice and Escalation

• Offer practical and strategic advice to business clients and CELA colleagues.

• Utilize external counsel effectively and escalate issues to senior leaders when needed to balance risk and business needs.

Communication and Collaboration

• Ensure clarity in all communications to advance negotiations and resolve open issues.

• Collaborate across groups and management to present a coordinated legal perspective.

• Organize complex legal issues and recommend clear courses of action.

Qualifications

Required:

• Juris Doctorate or international equivalent.

• Active license to practice law and capability to meet jurisdictional admission requirements.
