Role Overview

The Kindergarten Principal will play a vital role in leading and managing the entire early years department. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all academic and operational aspects of the kindergarten meet international standards of excellence. This includes overseeing curriculum development, staff performance, child safety, and parent engagement to ensure a nurturing, high-quality educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Early Years teachers and support staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field, plus PGCE/QTS (Postgraduate Certificate in Education / Qualified Teacher Status).

• Leadership qualification such as NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship) or NPQEYL (National Professional Qualification in Early Years Leadership).

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Primary or Early Years settings.

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in education management.

• Previous experience in the Middle East is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to lead multicultural teams and maintain high academic standards.
