Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Employer Partnerships Manager based in Bahrain, dedicated to helping Bahraini graduates access excellent job opportunities quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to employers interested in hiring Bahraini talent.

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with employers.

• Place Bahraini candidates who have graduated from Localized’s flagship programs:

  • A technical upskilling course with Skills Union (covering UX/UI, digital marketing, software development, and cloud computing).

  • The STEPS career readiness program for Bahraini learners who have faced challenges finding jobs.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys interacting with a wide variety of people.

• Is KPI-driven and self-motivated.

• Is highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Has strong resilience and persistence.

• Is based in Bahrain and eligible to work there.

• Is fluent in Arabic and English.

• Possesses in-depth knowledge of Bahrain’s education and employment systems and programs like Tamkeen.

• Ideally has experience in HR, employability programs, or community management.
