Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to manage and maintain our Cisco-based network infrastructure. This role involves configuring voice gateways, optimizing network performance, troubleshooting routers and switches, and ensuring seamless data communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure voice gateways to ensure seamless communication across the network.

• Optimize network performance and support efficient data transmission.

• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco IOS-based routers, including ASR 1000, 3900, 3800, and 2800 families.

• Manage Cisco IOS-based switches, including 6500, 4500, and 3750 families.

• Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation of network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

• Identify and resolve network issues to ensure continuous and efficient operation.

Basic Qualifications

Job Overview

We are seeking a TRICARE Benefits & Enrollment Specialist to support military beneficiaries with their healthcare coverage. This role involves processing enrollments, assisting with claims, conducting briefings, and providing customer guidance while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify Benefits & Enrollment: Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and other tasks via systems like Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES) and MHS Genesis.

• Primary Care Manager (PCM) Changes: Follow Military Treatment Facility (MTF) guidelines to update individual and batch PCM assignments.

• Education & Customer Service: Provide guidance on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims, assisting beneficiaries in person and by phone.

• Claims Assistance: Provide basic claims status updates and support to beneficiaries.

• Conduct Briefings: Lead informational sessions for events such as in/out processing, maternity, and pre-separation/retirement.
