Job Summary

Kumon Bahrain W.L.L is seeking a qualified and dedicated Math Teacher to join our educational team in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing class sessions, supporting students through their learning process, and ensuring each student progresses in accordance with Kumon’s global teaching methodology and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and assign class assistants based on lesson requirements and individual skills.

• Manage the smooth flow of students according to their scheduled time slots (every 30 minutes).

• Supervise and monitor students’ performance, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.

• Provide structured feedback to parents via phone following Kumon’s standard communication protocol (three feedback cycles per term).

• Ensure students complete their sessions within the allotted time and coordinate the next student group efficiently.

• Rotate class assistants strategically to maintain productivity in busy areas.

• Update and submit attendance records along with the respective fee collection at the end of each class.

• Approve and sign schedules for hourly-paid assistants.

• Retain and review any files or student progress notes requiring urgent follow-up for the next day.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Education or a related field.
