SIV WLL, a prominent fit-out company in Bahrain, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the final 9–12 months of high-end interior projects. This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate, supervise, and ensure flawless execution of finishes, joinery, furniture, and equipment, while maintaining design integrity and quality standards.

🧾 Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with project specifications, and support the delivery of exceptional interior spaces.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and installation works for the last 9–12 months of the project.

• Coordinate communication between architects, contractors, interior designers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Supervise installation of finishes, joinery, furniture, lighting, and equipment to ensure design intent and quality.

• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and prepare daily/weekly reports.

• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and timelines.

• Conduct quality control checks and resolve site issues in collaboration with design/technical teams.

• Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups as needed.

• Coordinate deliveries, site access, and installation sequencing.

• Enforce site health, safety, and housekeeping standards.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering (with interior/fit-out experience).

• 1–3 years of relevant site supervision or interior fit-out project coordination experience.

• Exposure to high-end residential or hospitality projects preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

⏰ Working Hours & Location

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday

• Location: Al Janabiyah, Bahrain

• Reporting to: Interior Designer

💰 Pay & Type

• Salary: BD 500 – BD 800 per month

🧾 ملخص الوظيفة

يتولى مشرف الموقع إدارة العمليات اليومية في الموقع، التنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية، وضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات والتصميمات لتحقيق نتائج ممتازة في المشاريع الداخلية.

📋 المسؤوليات

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية وأعمال التركيب خلال آخر 9–12 شهرًا من المشروع.

• التنسيق بين المعماريين، المقاولين، المصممين الداخليين، الموردين، والمقاولين الفرعيين.

• الإشراف على تركيب التشطيبات، النجارة، الأثاث، الإضاءة، والمعدات لضمان الالتزام بجودة التصميم.

• متابعة جدول المشروع، تتبع التقدم، وإعداد التقارير اليومية/الأسبوعية.

• التأكد من الالتزام بالمخططات والمواصفات والجداول الزمنية.

• إجراء فحوصات الجودة وحل المشكلات بالتنسيق مع فرق التصميم والفنيين.

• مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية، عينات المواد، والنماذج التجريبية عند الحاجة.

• تنسيق عمليات التسليم، الوصول إلى الموقع، وتسلسل التركيب.

• تطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة في الموقع.

🎓 المؤهلات والخبرة

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الداخلي أو الهندسة المدنية (مع خبرة في الأعمال الداخلية).

• خبرة 1–3 سنوات في الإشراف على مواقع أو تنسيق مشاريع التجهيز الداخلي.

• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مشاريع سكنية أو ضيافة فاخرة.

• إجادة AutoCAD وMS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• مهارات تنظيمية وقدرة على إدارة الأولويات والتواصل الفعال.

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية.

• ساعات العمل: 8:00 صباحًا – 3:00 مساءً، السبت إلى الخميس

• الموقع: الجنبية، البحرين
