Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic individual to take dual responsibility as Country Manager and Senior Project Manager:

Key Responsibilities – Country Manager:

• Lead overall business operations and performance in Bahrain

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market presence and revenue

• Oversee project delivery, sales, client relationships, and financial targets

• Build and manage a local team including project managers, engineers, and support staff

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE standards, and company policies

Key Responsibilities – Senior Project Manager:

• Manage multiple high-end interior fit-out projects from inception to completion

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for timely, quality delivery

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments

• Lead site teams, supervise subcontractors, and ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards

• Handle procurement, cost control, and project reporting to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out or related construction industry

• Proven track record in project management or country-level leadership, preferably in the GCC

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

• Strong knowledge of project management tools, contracts (FIDIC or similar), and local construction practices

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Currently based in Bahrain or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering commercial, hospitality, or retail interior projects

• Knowledge of local authorities, permitting, and legal compliance in Bahrain

• PMP certification is a plus

• Arabic language skills are an advantage

نبحث عن شخص ديناميكي لتحمل مسؤوليتين مزدوجتين كمدير دولة ومدير مشاريع أول:

المسؤوليات الرئيسية – مدير الدولة:

• قيادة العمليات والأداء العام للشركة في البحرين

• وضع وتنفيذ خطط استراتيجية لتعزيز وجود الشركة وزيادة الإيرادات في السوق المحلي

• الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع، المبيعات، علاقات العملاء والأهداف المالية

• بناء وإدارة فريق محلي يشمل مديري المشاريع والمهندسين وموظفي الدعم

• ضمان الالتزام باللوائح المحلية ومعايير الصحة والسلامة وسياسات الشركة

المسؤوليات الرئيسية – مدير المشاريع الأول:

• إدارة مشاريع التصميم الداخلي عالية الجودة من البداية حتى التسليم

• التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والفرق الداخلية لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وبجودة عالية

• إعداد خطط المشاريع والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات وتقييم المخاطر

• قيادة فرق الموقع، الإشراف على المقاولين الفرعيين وضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية ومعايير السلامة

• إدارة المشتريات، ضبط التكاليف، وإعداد تقارير المشاريع للإدارة العليا

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التصميم الداخلي أو صناعة البناء المرتبطة

• سجل مثبت في إدارة المشاريع أو القيادة على مستوى الدولة، ويفضل في دول الخليج

• شهادة جامعية في الهندسة المدنية، العمارة، التصميم الداخلي أو مجال ذي صلة

• معرفة قوية بأدوات إدارة المشاريع، العقود (FIDIC أو ما يماثلها) والممارسات المحلية للبناء

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والقيادة

• مقيم حالياً في البحرين أو على استعداد للانتقال

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• خبرة في تنفيذ مشاريع تجارية، ضيافة، أو تصميم داخلي للتجزئة

• معرفة بالسلطات المحلية والتصاريح والامتثال القانوني في البحرين

• شهادة PMP ميزة إضافية

• إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة
