Job Overview
We are seeking an Automation Technician who is passionate about demonstrating that industry can do it! This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys maintaining and troubleshooting complex equipment and automation systems.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Execute the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule in a timely manner, following company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Perform administration, configuration, maintenance, programming, and qualification of assigned equipment/machinery, control systems, process control systems, and historical data systems as per SOPs.

Conduct repairs and maintenance on PTMs and related equipment as per contractual/customer requirements.

Carry out corrective maintenance, assist peers in fault diagnosis, and repair equipment in breakdown situations to ensure optimal performance.

Provide on-site support to customers to ensure all equipment and tooling meet relevant standards and regulatory requirements.

Ensure the technical integrity and performance of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.

Understand automation safety requirements and ensure all maintenance works and systems comply with company and customer safety standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and process errors using knowledge of automation processes and recommend solutions.

Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational performance and reduce planned and unplanned maintenance.

إجراء الإصلاحات والصيانة على PTMs والمعدات ذات الصلة وفقًا لمتطلبات العقد/العميل.

تنفيذ الصيانة التصحيحية، ومساعدة الزملاء في تشخيص الأعطال وإصلاح المعدات عند حدوث أعطال لضمان الأداء الأمثل.

تقديم الدعم الميداني للعملاء لضمان مطابقة جميع المعدات والأدوات للمعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

ضمان سلامة وكفاءة الأنظمة الكهربائية والأجهزة وأنظمة الأتمتة في جميع الأوقات.

فهم متطلبات السلامة في الأتمتة وضمان تشغيل جميع الأعمال والأنظمة وفق معايير السلامة للشركة والعملاء.

تشخيص وحل أخطاء المعدات والعمليات باستخدام معرفة عمليات الأتمتة واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.

مراقبة المعدات والآلات لضمان الأداء الأمثل وتقليل الصيانة المخطط لها وغير المخطط لها.
