Role Overview:

The Sales Assistant plays a key role in generating sales and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position involves assisting customers, maintaining store presentation standards, and performing assigned operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Safety and Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

• Ensure adherence to store safety and cleanliness standards.

2. Customer Service Excellence

• Provide a warm, professional greeting to every customer.

• Demonstrate product knowledge by offering accurate and relevant information.

• Deliver excellent service in fitting rooms and assist customers promptly.

• Thank customers sincerely upon purchase and encourage return visits.

3. Sales and Quality

• Actively seek to enhance customer purchases through additional recommendations.

• Maintain the cash wrap area, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.

• Record and update customer information accurately in the database.

4. Administrative Duties

• Process transactions efficiently and handle gift cards.

• Follow all store procedures related to cash handling and sales documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion retail or brand management.

• In-depth understanding of market trends, brand positioning, and customer behavior.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long hours and light to moderate lifting.
