تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية وإصلاح الأعطال والإشراف على أعمال المقاولين بالموقع.
ضمان التشغيل المستمر للمصنع وأداء الأنشطة التشغيلية الروتينية ذات الصلة.
التعامل مع عمليات تعبئة الصهاريج وإعداد المستندات الخاصة بها.
الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة وسياسات الشركة.
Handle electrical maintenance activities, troubleshooting failures, and supervising electrical contractor work.
Ensure continuous operation of the plant and perform routine operational activities.
Manage tanker filling operations and related documentation.
Follow Air Products’ safe working practices and procedures.

المصنع (MECD) هو أول مشروع مملوك ومدار بشكل رئيسي من قبل Air Products في البحرين.
يضم وحدة LCO2 بطاقة إنتاجية قصوى 200 طن يومياً.
يغذي المصنع بالغاز الخام من شركة BAPCO ليتم تنقيته وتسييله وتحويله إلى ثاني أكسيد الكربون السائل بجودة غذائية.
المنتجات أساسية للسوق الإقليمي ويتم نقلها مباشرة للعملاء.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية | Principal Accountabilities
فهم جميع لوائح السلامة والجودة ذات الصلة ودعم خطة الصيانة الكهربائية.
الإبلاغ عن المخاطر المحتملة والمشاركة في اجتماعات السلامة الدورية.
تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الكهربائية بالموقع وإتمام مهام SAP PM.
مراقبة نتائج النقاء والملوثات وملء تقارير التشغيل اليومية.
مراقبة العمليات، بدء وإيقاف المعدات حسب الحاجة.
تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الكهربائية أثناء توقفات المصنع.
التعامل مع أنشطة التشغيل الروتينية بعد التدريب المناسب وتحت إشراف مدير المصنع.
إصدار جميع التصاريح اللازمة للعمل بأمان.
مراقبة معايير المياه وإضافة المواد الكيميائية الخاصة بالمعالجة.
الحفاظ على نظافة المصنع وفق معايير سلامة الغذاء.
الالتزام بارتداء معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE) في جميع الأوقات.
Understand EH&SQ regulations and support electrical maintenance planning.
Report and mitigate hazards through the BSP system.
Execute site electrical maintenance and complete SAP PM tasks.
Monitor purity/impurity results and maintain operational logs.
Conduct tanker filling with strict quality checks and documentation.
Manage water treatment and monitor Carboscan performance.
Maintain housekeeping and food safety hygiene standards.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and proper plant operation at all times.
Perform shutdown maintenance activities and routine operational tasks under supervision.
