Certified Personal Trainer – Bahrain

Location: Manama, Bahrain (On-site)
Enhance Fitness is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver one-on-one fitness sessions and help clients achieve their personal goals. Candidates should be passionate, motivated, and experienced in specialized fitness areas such as MMA, Boxing, Bodybuilding, Injury Rehabilitation, and Post-Maternity Fitness.

Requirements:

• Accredited Personal Training Certification (mandatory)

• First Aid Certification; degree in Sports or Physical Education is a plus

• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

• Strong communication, time management, and client engagement skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personal training sessions and motivate clients to reach their goals

• Manage bookings, reschedules, and session tracking via the Enhance Trainer App

• Prepare session plans in advance and provide progress feedback

• Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards during all sessions

• Participate in team meetings and follow company schedules and policies

تبحث Enhance Fitness عن مدرب شخصي معتمد لتقديم جلسات تدريب فردية ومساعدة العملاء على تحقيق أهدافهم الصحية والبدنية. يشترط الشغف، الالتزام، والخبرة في مجالات اللياقة مثل الملاكمة، بناء الأجسام، إعادة التأهيل من الإصابات، وتمارين ما بعد الولادة.

المتطلبات:

• شهادة اعتماد مدرب شخصي (شرط أساسي)

• شهادة إسعافات أولية، ويفضل درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في التربية البدنية

• إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (تحدثًا وكتابةً)

• مهارات قوية في التواصل وإدارة الوقت وخدمة العملاء

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تنفيذ جلسات التدريب وتحفيز العملاء لتحقيق أهدافهم

• إدارة الحجوزات وجدولة الجلسات عبر تطبيق المدربين من Enhance

• إعداد خطط التدريب مسبقًا ومتابعة تقدم العملاء

• الالتزام بمعايير الشركة والمظهر المهني أثناء الجلسات

• المشاركة في الاجتماعات الأسبوعية ومتابعة سياسات الشركة
