Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manama. The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating excavators and other heavy machinery to perform excavation tasks such as digging trenches, grading, and moving earth.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and related heavy equipment according to project requirements.

• Perform excavation tasks including digging, trenching, grading, and site preparation.

• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

• Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure timely and accurate task completion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or in a similar heavy equipment role.

• Familiarity with construction and excavation safety standards.

• Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team.

• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor conditions.

• Valid heavy machinery operating license.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة

• خبرة مثبتة كمشغّل حفارة أو في تشغيل المعدات الثقيلة.

• معرفة بمعايير السلامة الخاصة بأعمال الحفر والإنشاء.

• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت إشراف مباشر.

• لياقة بدنية عالية للعمل في الظروف الميدانية.

• رخصة تشغيل معدات ثقيلة سارية المفعول.
