Driver
Responsibilities
-
Drive company/personal vehicles safely according to schedule.
-
Plan routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival.
-
Perform daily/regular vehicle checks (tires, oil, brakes, lights, fluids).
-
Keep vehicles clean and ensure scheduled maintenance is completed.
-
Monitor fuel consumption; maintain records of fuel, mileage, repairs, and other expenses.
-
Adhere to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
-
Report accidents, mechanical issues, delays, or violations promptly.
-
Assist with loading/unloading items when required.
-
Maintain valid vehicle documents (insurance, registration) and assist in updates if needed.
-
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and good conduct, especially with clients or VIPs.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
Valid Bahraini driving license appropriate for the vehicle type.
-
Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
-
Minimum 1–3 years of driving experience for light/personal vehicles.
-
Good knowledge of Bahrain roads, locations, and traffic rules.
-
Basic mechanical awareness to identify faults.
-
Good communication and ability to follow instructions.
-
Reliability, punctuality, integrity, and professional appearance.
-
Physical fitness for long drives and assisting with loads.
-
Flexibility to work different hours, including weekends or outside office hours.
Optional / Preferred

Experience with GPS/navigation tools.

Fluency in Arabic and/or English.
-
Defensive driving certification.
-
Experience with luxury or VIP transportation.
Legal / Labour Requirements (Bahrain)
-
Must have legal work permit/residency.
-
Employment must comply with Bahraini labour law (salary, hours, leave, overtime, benefits).
-
All vehicle documents must be valid and compliant with authorities.
-
Health & safety standards to be observed; accidents/incidents reported as required.

الالتزام بقوانين المرور ولوائح السلامة وسياسات الشركة.
-
الإبلاغ عن الحوادث، المشاكل الميكانيكية، التأخيرات أو المخالفات فورًا.
-
المساعدة في تحميل/تفريغ البضائع عند الحاجة.
-
الحفاظ على الوثائق القانونية للمركبة (التأمين، التسجيل) والمساعدة في تحديثها عند الحاجة.
-
الالتزام بالاحترافية، السرية، والسلوك الجيد، خاصة عند نقل العملاء أو الشخصيات المهمة (VIP).
-
أداء المهام الأخرى حسب تكليف صاحب العمل.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية ومناسبة لنوع المركبة.
-
سجل قيادة نظيف بدون مخالفات جسيمة.
-
خبرة قيادة لا تقل عن 1–3 سنوات للمركبات الخفيفة/الشخصية.
-
معرفة جيدة بشوارع البحرين، المواقع، وقوانين المرور.
-
وعي ميكانيكي أساسي للتعرف على الأعطال.
-
مهارات تواصل وقدرة على اتباع التعليمات.
-
الاعتمادية، الالتزام بالمواعيد، النزاهة، والمظهر المهني.
-
اللياقة البدنية لتحمل الرحلات الطويلة والمساعدة في تحميل البضائع.
-
المرونة للعمل في أوقات مختلفة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو خارج ساعات العمل المعتادة.
المهارات أو الخبرة المفضلة

خبرة في استخدام GPS أو أدوات الملاحة.

إجادة اللغة العربية و/أو الإنجليزية.
-
شهادة القيادة الدفاعية (Defensive Driving).
-
