Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling pre- contract & post- contract services.
• Assess and analyze drawings, BOQ, and other project document to prepare cost estimates.
• Preparations of tender report.
• Prepare cash flow and budgets.
• Coordinate with team members on work progress and cost reporting.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress to ensure costs remain within budget.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Estimator in asphalt, road construction, or civil works.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt materials, mixes, production, and application methods.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
