⚙️ إعداد وتشغيل الماكينة

• ضبط وتشغيل ماكينة Krah حسب المواصفات الفنية المطلوبة.

• معايرة الماكينة وضبط محاذاتها لضمان تشغيل دقيق وفعّال خلال عملية الإنتاج.

🔍 مراقبة الجودة

• مراقبة سير عملية الإنتاج وضبط إعدادات الماكينة حسب الحاجة.

• التأكد من ثبات جودة المنتج النهائي وتقليل الهدر في المواد.

📦 التعامل مع المواد الخام

• تحميل المواد الخام في الماكينة وضمان توافر إمدادات مستمرة أثناء التشغيل.

• التعامل مع المواد بطريقة آمنة لتجنب التلوث أو التلف.

🛠️ حل المشكلات

• التعرف على المشاكل الفنية أثناء التشغيل ومعالجتها فورًا، مثل أعطال الماكينة أو عيوب في المواد.

📝 توثيق الإنتاج

• الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لإعدادات الماكينة، كميات الإنتاج، وأعمال الصيانة.

We are seeking a skilled machine operator to work on Krah machinery for the production of large-diameter plastic pipes. The candidate should be proficient in machine setup, operation, and basic maintenance, with a strong focus on product quality.

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

⚙️ Machine Setup & Operation

• Set up and operate Krah machinery in accordance with technical specifications.

• Calibrate and align the machine to ensure accurate and efficient operation throughout production.

🔍 Quality Monitoring

• Monitor the production process, adjusting machine settings as needed.

• Ensure consistent product quality and minimize material waste.

📦 Raw Material Handling

• Load raw materials into the machine and maintain a continuous material supply.

• Handle materials safely to prevent contamination or damage.

🛠️ Troubleshooting

• Identify and resolve issues such as machine malfunctions, material defects, or inefficiencies during production.

📝 Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, output logs, and maintenance activities.

• Ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
