About the Role
HHG Group is seeking an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to join our ERP planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading business process reviews, gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring ERP implementation aligns with the operational needs of the group. You will play a pivotal role in connecting business operations with technology, ensuring smooth ERP adoption and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct internal business process reviews across all HHG departments to identify and document operational workflow similarities and differences.
-
Perform gap analysis between current HHG processes and corresponding ERP functions.
-
Develop and recommend strategies to streamline and standardize business processes, minimizing ERP customization while maintaining operational efficiency.
-
Act as a business process owner and representative during ERP implementation and post-go-live, ensuring any system changes are necessary and beneficial.
-
Participate in and support change management activities throughout the ERP project and post-implementation.
-
Attend Change Control Board meetings, providing well-justified recommendations for approval or rejection of process deviations and system change requests.
-
Develop, implement, and maintain ERP change management procedures to ensure ongoing process alignment and minimize unnecessary deviations across departments.
-
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and manage the submission of system change requests to vendors or internal IT for development and deployment.
-
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all ERP-related system changes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with business requirements, and proper sign-off pre- and post-go-live.

Apply the above principles to all types of system development and improvement activities, ensuring continuous enhancement and process optimization.
