Position: Senior IT Software Developer

Location: Manama, Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: BD 1,150 – 1,200 per month

About the Role:
Ferns IT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, optimize, and maintain high-quality software solutions. This position requires a professional who can work across web, mobile, and desktop platforms, using cutting-edge technologies to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and software teams to conceptualize and deliver software solutions.

• Design both front-end and back-end architectures for cross-platform applications.

• Develop and maintain responsive web, desktop, and mobile applications with strong UI/UX design principles.

• Create secure, high-performance APIs and integrate third-party services when needed.

• Manage well-structured and optimized databases (SQL, NoSQL).

• Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.

• Conduct software testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Participate in agile development cycles, CI/CD workflows, and DevOps practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 15+ years in Full Stack Software Development.

• Front-End: HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript, Node.js, jQuery, XML, Responsive UI/UX frameworks.

• Back-End: C#, Java, Python, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, AJAX.

• Frameworks: Vue.js, Angular, React.

• Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Amazon DynamoDB, RDS & NoSQL optimization.

• Tools & Servers: IIS, Apache, Visual Studio, VS Code, Android Studio.

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS and Azure deployment, CI/CD tools and environment management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• AWS or Azure professional certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).

• Expertise in Vue.js/Nuxt.js for Single Page Applications (SPA) and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).

• Experience with AWS Amplify, serverless architecture, and cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.

• Strong understanding of .NET Core and E-services development.

• Advanced documentation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

عن الوظيفة:
تبحث شركة Ferns IT Solutions عن مطوّر برمجيات أول متمرس يمتلك خبرة واسعة في تطوير البرمجيات عبر المنصات المختلفة (الويب – الموبايل – سطح المكتب). سيعمل المرشح على تصميم وتطوير وصيانة تطبيقات متقدمة، مع التركيز على الأداء العالي، الأمان، وقابلية التوسع باستخدام أحدث التقنيات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• التعاون مع مديري المنتجات وفِرق التطوير لوضع وتنفيذ حلول برمجية متكاملة.

• تصميم هيكل البرمجيات لكل من الواجهة الأمامية والخلفية.

• تطوير تطبيقات ويب وموبايل وسطح مكتب بتصميم عصري ومتجاوب.

• إنشاء واجهات أمامية جذابة وتفاعلية مع مراعاة تجربة المستخدم (UI/UX).

• تصميم قواعد بيانات فعّالة وآمنة وإدارة تكاملها مع الأنظمة.

• كتابة واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) قوية وآمنة وقابلة للتوسع.

• اختبار الأنظمة وتحسين أدائها واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.

• إعداد وتحديث التوثيق الفني الخاص بالمشروعات.

• العمل في بيئة تطوير مرنة (Agile) مع ممارسات CI/CD وDevOps.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في تطوير البرمجيات متعددة الطبقات (Full Stack).

• الواجهة الأمامية: HTML5، CSS/Sass، JavaScript، Node.js، jQuery، XML.

• الواجهة الخلفية: C#، Java، Python، ASP.NET، MVC، .NET Core، AJAX.

• الأطر البرمجية: Vue.js، Angular، React.

• قواعد البيانات: SQL Server، MySQL، MongoDB، Amazon DynamoDB.

• الخوادم والأدوات: IIS، Apache، Visual Studio، VS Code، Android Studio.

• الحوسبة السحابية وDevOps: العمل على AWS وAzure وإدارة بيئات النشر.

• المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تخصص مشابه.

المهارات والشهادات المفضلة:

• شهادات مهنية من AWS أو Azure مثل Solutions Architect أو DevOps Engineer.

• خبرة في تطوير تطبيقات SPA باستخدام Vue.js/Nuxt.js.

• خبرة في المعماريات الخالية من الخوادم (Serverless) باستخدام AWS Amplify.
