We are looking for dedicated Process Operators to operate and maintain industrial processes safely and efficiently at our remote sites. This role is ideal for individuals with a technical background seeking hands-on experience in energy infrastructure operations.

Job Details

Position: Process Operator / Industrial Technician
Location: Remote site (hot and humid climate)
Industry: Energy / Gas Processing / Power Generation / Industrial Operations
Working Hours: Long hours, on-call after hours

Scope & Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain process equipment safely according to standard operating procedures.

• Monitor operational parameters and log routine readings; identify and resolve abnormalities.

• Perform system start-ups and shut-downs as required.

• Coordinate with Control Room Operators regarding operational parameters and plant conditions.

• Maintain optimum production stability under guidance of control room instructions.

• Manage oil and cooling systems, chemical injection systems, and collect required samples.

• Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly checks and front-line maintenance tasks.

• Prepare equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, and decontamination.

• Follow scheduled preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance procedures.

• Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical degree in Industrial Processes, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or equivalent.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team.

• Proficiency in operational controls, DCS operations, and plant PFDs/P&ID drawings.

• Knowledge of cause & effect matrices, fire & gas detection systems, and maintenance management systems.

ساعات العمل: ساعات طويلة، مع إمكانية الطوارئ بعد الدوام

نطاق العمل والمسؤوليات

• تشغيل ومراقبة وصيانة المعدات الصناعية بأمان وفق إجراءات التشغيل القياسية.

• مراقبة المعايير التشغيلية وتسجيل القراءات الروتينية؛ تحديد وحل أي شذوذ.

• تنفيذ بدء التشغيل وإيقاف الأنظمة عند الحاجة.

• التنسيق مع مشغلي غرفة التحكم بشأن المعايير التشغيلية وحالة المصنع.

• الحفاظ على استقرار الإنتاج الأمثل تحت إشراف غرفة التحكم.

• إدارة أنظمة الزيت والتبريد وأنظمة الحقن الكيميائي وجمع العينات المطلوبة.

• إجراء الفحوصات والصيانة الدورية اليومية والشهرية والربع سنوية.

• تجهيز المعدات للصيانة بما يشمل العزل والتصريف وإجراءات إزالة التلوث.

• الالتزام بجدول الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والتنبؤية.

• الامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية والجودة والسلامة والصحة المهنية في إنيرفليكس.

المؤهلات والمهارات

• شهادة فنية في العمليات الصناعية، الميكانيكا، الكيمياء، البترول، أو ما يعادلها.

• مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل واستكشاف الأعطال.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعاون ضمن فريق.

• إجادة التحكم التشغيلي، تشغيل DCS، وقراءة مخططات PFDs/P&ID للمصنع.

• معرفة بمصفوفات السبب والنتيجة، وأنظمة كشف الحرائق والغاز، وأنظمة إدارة الصيانة.
