Key Responsibilities

• Guide students in selecting suitable courses and planning academic and career paths.

• Respond to student inquiries and provide clear, informative counselling to both prospective and enrolled learners.

• Assist with the admissions process, including regular follow-ups with students and parents.

• Plan and participate in student orientation programs, workshops, and other academic events.

• Maintain accurate records and counselling documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Previous experience in student counselling, educational services, or sales is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.↚

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Comfortable working with students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds.

المتطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في التربية، علم النفس، الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في الإرشاد أو الخدمات الطلابية أو قطاع التعليم أو المبيعات.

• مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).

• القدرة على التعامل مع طلاب من خلفيات متنوعة.↚

• يُفضل المتقدمين من الجنسية الهندية ممن لديهم خبرة مناسبة.
