Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hidd, Bahrain. The selected candidate will be provided with a company car and bachelor accommodation.

The role involves promoting and selling the company’s electrical products to both existing and potential clients. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing product details, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. The position also requires maintaining client relationships, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Regular client visits and weekly reporting to management are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must hold a valid Bahraini Driver’s License

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets

• Knowledge of electrical products and applications

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

• Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools

• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Fluency in English
