This role focuses on managing the relationship between Talabat Bahrain and its third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and partially own strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country.
Align Talabat’s priorities with 3PL partners’ focus.
Ensure sufficient data is shared to enable informed decision-making and performance improvements.
Create appropriate incentives and penalties for third parties to improve rider performance.
Ensure sufficient supply of operators to meet order demand.

إعداد أوامر الشراء بناءً على توقعات الطلب في الوقت المناسب، وفقًا لما يحدده القائد، لضمان توفر المنتجات في المتاجر، وتتبع استلام أوامر الشراء.
دعم التأكد من وجود المخزون الصحيح في المتاجر (عدم وجود نفاد أو فائض في المخزون) من خلال تحليل حالة المخزون الحالية وتحديث معايير الطلب.
المراقبة اليومية لحركة المخزون وإعداد تقارير التعديلات اليومية للمخزون.
دعم القائد في إدارة مخزون بقيمة 1.5 مليون دينار كويتي، مع ضمان إصدار حوالي 1750 أمر شراء أسبوعياً للمتاجر ومركز التوزيع.

We’re looking for an Associate Demand Planner to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart,” the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute grocery delivery at competitive prices. The service has rapidly expanded across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman, and Iraq.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Support in creating Purchase Orders (POs) for replenishment and maintaining product availability in stores and warehouses, including data management.
Create POs based on demand forecasts in a timely manner as set by the lead to maintain availability in stores, and track PO receipts.
Support in ensuring correct inventory levels at stores (no out-of-stock or overstock situations) by analyzing current inventory status and updating ordering parameters.
Daily monitoring of stock movement and generating daily inventory adjustment reports.
Assist lead in managing stock amounting to KD 1.5M while ensuring issuance of approximately 1,750 POs weekly for stores and distribution centers.

Accountable for overall demand planning and replenishment for tMart stores and warehouse in the region.
Ensure timely and accurate analysis and reporting of inventory and purchase forecasts.
Provide demand planning and replenishment insights, plans, and initiatives to keep availability aligned with management's business plan, accountable for stock value and supplier service levels.
Optimize aging stock.
Provide solutions and initiatives to solve stock issues in warehouse and stores.
Guide country demand planners and admins to ensure smooth workflow.
