Urgent Hiring - Civil QS - Bahraini

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to prepare project cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and manage tender documentation. The ideal candidate will coordinate with site teams, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely project financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.

• Prepare tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost analysis.

• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with teams to compile and finalize proposal submissions.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Bahraini nationality required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Background in Quantity Surveying and BOQ extraction.

• Valid Bahrain driving license.
