Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise all activities of the purchasing department.

Plan and identify materials and equipment required for projects.

Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Executive or in a similar position.

Bahraini nationality only.

Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, equipment, and procurement best practices.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field preferred.

Ability to analyse and compare supplier offers and make data-driven decisions.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

يفضل الحصول على دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

القدرة على تحليل ومقارنة عروض الموردين واتخاذ قرارات قائمة على البيانات.
-
مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على إدارة مشاريع وأولويات متعددة.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to manage tender preparation, quantity take-offs, and project cost monitoring for MEP system projects. The role includes preparing materials submittals, shop drawings, and negotiating contracts with clients and subcontractors.
Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare tenders according to tender specifications and drawings.

Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions.
