L2 Support Technician
Job Title: L2 Support Technician
Location: Bahrain (Locally Available Candidates Only)
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform component-level repairs of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, TVs, and other digital/electronic devices.
-
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
-
Provide L2 technical support for issues escalated from the L1 support team.
-
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11, etc.).
-
Conduct regular maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal device performance.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-
1–2 years of hands-on experience in component-level repairs of electronic devices.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إجراء إصلاحات على مستوى المكونات لأجهزة الكمبيوتر المكتبية والمحمولة، والطابعات، والماسحات الضوئية، وأجهزة التلفاز، وغيرها من الأجهزة الرقمية/الإلكترونية.

تشخيص وحل مشاكل الأجهزة والبرمجيات بكفاءة.

تقديم دعم فني L2 للمشاكل التي يتم تصعيدها من فريق الدعم L1.

تثبيت وتكوين واستكشاف أنظمة تشغيل Windows (Windows 10, 11، إلخ).

إجراء الصيانة الدورية وترقيات النظام لضمان الأداء الأمثل للأجهزة.
المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
خبرة عملية من 1–2 سنة في إصلاح الأجهزة الإلكترونية على مستوى المكونات.
