Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Accountant who is detail-oriented, experienced, and capable of managing comprehensive financial operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, maintaining proper records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Oversee general ledger operations and reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP).

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Support internal and external audit processes.

• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a similar position.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS / GAAP standards.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to accuracy and learning.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to the company’s accounting software systems.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية بدقة.

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة، ويفضل في دور مشابه.

• معرفة قوية بمعايير التقارير المالية الدولية (IFRS) أو (GAAP).

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.

• مهارات تحليل وتنظيم واتصال ممتازة.

• شخصية ملتزمة، دقيقة، ومتحفزة للتعلم والتطوير.

• الاستعداد لتعلّم أنظمة وبرامج الشركة المالية الداخلية.

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• شهادة مهنية في المحاسبة مثل CPA أو ما يعادلها.
