Technical Support & Training
Provide technical support and coordinate on-site application training when needed.
Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of project approvals, visit reports (via SF.COM), and monthly forecasts.
Receivables & Customer Issue Management
Ensure timely follow-up on receivables and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Candidate Profile
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent technical background preferred. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC, insulation, or construction materials. Proven success in technical sales within the Middle East, especially with MEP consultants and contractors. Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levels. Skilled in market intelligence gathering and strategic sales positioning. Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms for lead and pipeline management. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple sales targets independently. Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the GCC region.
