Job Summary
Job Purpose
To provide accurate and timely reports to senior management while managing complete investment operations and coordinating between relevant departments. The Accounting Analyst will play a key role in various cross-functional initiatives between Investments, Treasury, FP&A, and Accounting.
Job Responsibilities

Prepare regional listed equities monthly management reports with senior management.

Maintain documentation related to regional listed equities investments.

Ensure timely receipt of dividends.
-
Record capital calls and distributions accurately and completely in the investment management application.

Record NAV Reports correctly and completely.
-
Execute capital calls related to direct investments in a timely manner.

Ensure timely receipt of distributions and follow up with the investment team in case of delays.

Reconcile internal reports with fund manager and fund of funds reports.

Participate in various cross-divisional initiatives.

Support the audit process by providing documentation and responding to audit inquiries.

Prepare monthly liquidity requirements for international investments and communicate with the Group’s Treasury team.

Prepare full-year international investments projections and coordinate with the Treasury team.

Communicate various instructions with international banks.
-
Address inquiries from international banks and institutions.
Desired Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience.

Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

Professional Certifications: ACCA, CA, CMA, or CPA preferred.

الغرض من الوظيفة
تقديم تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للإدارة العليا، مع الإشراف الكامل على العمليات الاستثمارية والتنسيق بين الإدارات المعنية. سيلعب محلل المحاسبة دورًا رئيسيًا في المبادرات المشتركة بين أقسام الاستثمارات، الخزانة، التخطيط والتحليل المالي، والمحاسبة.
المسؤوليات الوظيفية

إعداد التقارير الشهرية الخاصة بالاستثمارات الإقليمية المدرجة بالتعاون مع الإدارة العليا.

حفظ وتوثيق ملفات الاستثمارات الإقليمية المدرجة.
-
التأكد من استلام الأرباح الموزعة في الوقت المحدد.
-
تسجيل طلبات رأس المال والتوزيعات بدقة في نظام إدارة الاستثمارات.
-
تسجيل تقارير صافي قيمة الأصول (NAV) بشكل صحيح وكامل.
-
تنفيذ طلبات رأس المال الخاصة بالاستثمارات المباشرة في الوقت المناسب.

متابعة استلام التوزيعات والتنسيق مع فريق الاستثمار في حال حدوث تأخير.
-
مطابقة التقارير الداخلية مع تقارير مديري الصناديق وصناديق الصناديق.
-
المشاركة في المبادرات المشتركة بين الأقسام المختلفة.
-
دعم عملية التدقيق من خلال تقديم المستندات والرد على استفسارات المراجعين.
-
إعداد متطلبات السيولة الشهرية للاستثمارات الدولية والتواصل مع فريق الخزانة في المجموعة.
-
إعداد التوقعات السنوية الكاملة للاستثمارات الدولية والتنسيق مع فريق الخزانة.
-
التواصل بشأن التعليمات المختلفة مع البنوك الدولية.

التعامل مع استفسارات البنوك والمؤسسات الدولية.
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة

درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
-
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين.
-
إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
-
يفضل الحاصلون على شهادات مهنية مثل: ACCA، CA، CMA، أو CPA.
