Job Description

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced ProServe Cloud Architect (PCA) to join our team.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and business goals, and design tailored cloud solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead Solution Design

Own and lead the architecture of cloud solutions to drive Customer Business Outcomes (CBO), aligning technical and business requirements.

🔹 Support Pre-Sales Activities

Act as a technical lead during pre-sales engagements, ensuring solutions are realistic, achievable, and aligned with customer goals.

🔹 Bridge Between Teams

Operate as the interface between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams (SDT) to ensure smooth and effective delivery coordination.

🔹 Trusted Advisor to Customers

Provide expert guidance on cloud trends, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to solve customer challenges.

🔹 Internal Knowledge Sharing

Mentor peers, deliver training, and contribute to reusable artifacts and process enhancements.
