🧾 Job Summary
The Estimator/Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive costings based on tender documents and design drawings. The role involves close attention to specifications, timelines, and project scope, ensuring all estimates support profitability and client satisfaction.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Work from tender packs and design drawings with a full understanding of specifications and project timelines.
Prepare detailed, itemized cost estimates for joinery and fit-out projects.
Follow up on submitted quotations to maintain and enhance client relationships.
Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure alignment with cost and material requirements.
Analyze labor, materials, and time costs to produce accurate pricing.
Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes.

🎓 Requirements
Proven experience in joinery and fit-out estimation or quantity surveying.
Excellent knowledge of tendering, materials, and project costing.
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
Effective communication and client relationship abilities.
Preferably based in Bahrain or willing to relocate to Hidd before starting work.
💰 Pay & Type
Salary: BD 350 – BD 600 per month

تحليل تكاليف المواد والعمالة والوقت بدقة.
المشاركة في تطوير عمليات التقدير وتحسين كفاءتها.

خبرة مثبتة في تقدير تكاليف أو حساب كميات مشاريع النجارة والتجهيز الداخلي.
معرفة ممتازة بعمليات المناقصات وتسعير المواد والمشروعات.
