Details
The Civil Infrastructure Inspector will ensure that Contractors are compliant with the contract documents, coordinate daily with other teams to document and verify HSE, quality, and quantity of work performed by the Contractor, process incoming Inspection Requests and technical submittals, and perform the necessary actions to maintain project standards.
Job Duties
Be familiar with the project’s contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures along with any updates. Have sound knowledge and experience in relevant Ministry of Works and Authority construction standards. Ensure the contractor’s compliance with the standards and specifications of the contract documents. Undertake all site supervision and inspections when required or instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE). Liaise and follow up daily with the contractor to ensure management of resources, health and safety, and equipment needs on site. Prepare daily reports to the RE or ARE, including works orders, materials delivery, maintaining records of contractor manpower and equipment resources, and daily inspections programme. Follow up and implement any site instructions issued by the RE and ARE.↚

سيعمل مفتش البنية التحتية المدنية على ضمان امتثال المقاولين لوثائق العقد، والتنسيق اليومي مع الفرق الأخرى لتوثيق والتحقق من الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة وكمية العمل الذي يقوم به المقاول، ومعالجة طلبات التفتيش الواردة والطلبات الفنية المقدمة، وتنفيذ الإجراءات اللازمة للحفاظ على معايير المشروع.
واجبات الوظيفة
الإلمام بوثائق عقد المشروع، والرسومات التفصيلية، والمواصفات، وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة، بالإضافة إلى أي تحديثات. امتلاك معرفة وخبرة واسعة في معايير البناء ذات الصلة الصادرة عن وزارة الأشغال والهيئة. ضمان التزام المقاول بمعايير ومواصفات وثائق العقد. القيام بجميع أعمال الإشراف والتفتيش على الموقع عند الطلب أو بناءً على توجيهات المهندس المقيم أو مساعد المهندس المقيم. التواصل والمتابعة اليومية مع المقاول لضمان إدارة الموارد، والصحة والسلامة، واحتياجات المعدات في الموقع. إعداد تقارير يومية للمهندس المقيم أو مساعد المهندس المقيم، بما في ذلك أوامر العمل، وتسليم المواد، وحفظ سجلات القوى العاملة وموارد المعدات للمقاول، وبرنامج التفتيش اليومي. متابعة وتنفيذ أي تعليمات خاصة بالموقع صادرة عن المهندس المقيم أو مساعد المهندس المقيم.↚
