Details

We are seeking a Head of High School/Director on a full-time, permanent basis to lead and manage the high school department. You will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, staff development, and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the high school department and oversee all academic and administrative operations

• Implement and maintain the UK curriculum standards and academic programs

• Manage, mentor, and develop teaching staff to maximize performance and professional growth

• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance academic excellence and student outcomes

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students and staff

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Education or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record in staff management and development

• Ability to lead strategic planning initiatives for academic excellence
