Key Responsibilities:

مدير الصيانة

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إدارة والإشراف على عمليات الصيانة اليومية عبر مواقع المطاعم المتعددة والمباني المرتبطة بها.
• تخطيط وتنفيذ جداول الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لجميع معدات المطبخ، والأنظمة الكهربائية، وأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، والسباكة، والمكونات الهيكلية.
• الاستجابة السريعة لقضايا الإصلاح الطارئة، وضمان الحد الأدنى من وقت التوقف والانقطاع للعمليات.
• التنسيق مع المقاولين الخارجيين ومقدمي الخدمات لتلبية احتياجات الصيانة المتخصصة.
• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والصرف الصحي المعمول بها في المطاعم والمباني التجارية.
• الحفاظ على السجلات الدقيقة لأعمال الصيانة، وسجل الأصول، وجداول الخدمة باستخدام أدوات التتبع الأخرى.

• خبرة مثبتة (5+ سنوات) في دور إدارة الصيانة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك ضمن قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات أو الضيافة.
• معرفة قوية بمعدات المطبخ، وأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، والصيانة الكهربائية والسباكة.
• - المعرفة بقوانين البناء المحلية وأنظمة السلامة ومعايير الامتثال.
• القدرة على إدارة مواقع متعددة وتحديد أولويات المهام بشكل فعال.
• مهارات التواصل الجيدة والقدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق المطعم والعمليات.
• مرن ومستعد للاستجابة لقضايا الصيانة خارج ساعات العمل القياسية عند الحاجة.
