4. Purchase Coordinator – Pharmacy Group, Bahrain

We are seeking a Purchase Coordinator to join our growing pharmacy group in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will manage procurement for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and healthcare supplies across multiple branches, ensuring timely availability, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute purchasing activities.

• Maintain optimal stock levels by monitoring usage and sales trends.

• Process purchase orders and ensure timely supplier deliveries.

• Establish and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts.

• Monitor inventory, update procurement records in ERP systems, and manage expired or short-expiry items.

• Ensure quality and compliance of all procured products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience (preferably in pharmacy or healthcare retail).

• Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems.

نبحث عن منسق مشتريات للانضمام إلى مجموعة صيدلياتنا المتنامية في البحرين. سيكون المتقدم مسؤولاً عن إدارة عمليات الشراء للأدوية ومستحضرات التجميل واللوازم الصحية عبر الفروع المختلفة، وضمان توفر المنتجات في الوقت المناسب، والالتزام بالمعايير والكفاءة.

المهام:

• تنسيق وتنفيذ عمليات الشراء.

• الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون المثالية عبر متابعة الاستخدام واتجاهات المبيعات.

• معالجة أوامر الشراء وضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب من الموردين.

• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الموردين والبائعين.

• التفاوض على الأسعار وشروط الدفع والعقود.

• متابعة المخزون وتحديث سجلات الشراء في أنظمة ERP وإدارة المنتجات منتهية الصلاحية أو القريبة من الانتهاء.

• ضمان جودة جميع المنتجات المشتراة والالتزام بالمعايير.

المؤهلات:

• بكالوريوس في الصيدلة، إدارة الأعمال، إدارة سلسلة التوريد، أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المشتريات (ويفضل في الصيدلة أو تجارة الرعاية الصحية).

• إجادة أنظمة المشتريات أو ERP.

• اللغات: الإنجليزية (بطلاقة)، المالايالام (بطلاقة)، العربية (متوسطة).
