يجب أن يمتلك المرشح مهارات قوية في إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ) والتنسيق مع الموردين وإدارة المواقع.
تشمل المهام الإشراف على المشروع وإدارة التكاليف وضمان جودة التنفيذ والالتزام بالمعايير.
يشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة.
يُفضل من لديه خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مشاريع مشابهة.
الإلمام ببرامج AutoCAD وMS Office وأدوات إدارة المشاريع مطلوب.
