1. Restaurant Manager – Manama (Full-Time)

Role Overview:
Calo is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its restaurant operations in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of the local food culture, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong track record in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service environments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations including customer service, maintenance, cost management, and staff performance.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff.

• Maintain financial records and oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.

• Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

• Represent Calo’s culture and values with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Bahraini national preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in restaurant management (QSR or full-service).

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Bahraini and Khaleeji cuisine.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

2. Food Packer – Adliya (Full-Time)

Role Overview:
The Food Packer will ensure the efficient and hygienic packing of meals according to Calo’s quality standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack food items based on set meal plans.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.

• Follow safety and hygiene regulations strictly.

• Collaborate with kitchen and logistics teams to meet daily targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food handling or packing preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.

3. Customer Experience Associate – Manama

Role Overview:
The Customer Experience Associate acts as the main point of contact for Calo customers, ensuring their experience is seamless, satisfying, and supportive.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.

• Resolve complaints effectively while maintaining brand standards.

• Gather feedback and coordinate with internal teams to improve service quality.

• Promote a positive customer experience aligned with Calo’s values.

Requirements:

4. Supply Chain Coordinator – Manama

Role Overview:
The Supply Chain Coordinator ensures smooth operations across procurement, logistics, and inventory management to maintain efficient food production and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily supply chain activities and vendor coordination.

• Track inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients and packaging materials.

• Analyze data to improve cost-efficiency and reduce waste.

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية بما يشمل خدمة العملاء، النظافة، إدارة التكاليف، وأداء الموظفين.

• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة والصحة.
