1.  قائد فريق ورشة العمل

المسمى الوظيفي:

• دبلوم/درجة جامعية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة السيارات.
• - خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في إدارة الورشة.
• مهارات قيادية وإشرافية قوية.
• القدرة على ضمان معايير الخدمة عالية الجودة.

2.  مستشار الخدمة

المسمى الوظيفي:

• دبلوم / درجة جامعية في مجال السيارات أو مجال ذي صلة.
• - خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في خدمة العملاء أو ورش السيارات.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وحل المشكلات.
• القدرة على ترجمة القضايا الفنية إلى لغة سهلة الفهم للعملاء.

3.  فني التشخيص

المسمى الوظيفي:

• دبلوم فني في تكنولوجيا السيارات.
• 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في التشخيص واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
• الكفاءة في استخدام أدوات التشخيص والبرمجيات.
• معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية.

4.  فني عام

المسمى الوظيفي:

• معهد التدريب الصناعي/دبلوم في هندسة السيارات أو الميكانيكا.
• 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في إصلاح وصيانة المركبات.
• القدرة على التعامل مع أعمال الصيانة الروتينية والمهام الميكانيكية.
• - معرفة أنظمة السيارات الحديثة.

5.  فاحص المركبات

المسمى الوظيفي:

• دبلوم أو شهادة في هندسة السيارات.
• خبرة في اختبار الطرق وفحص المركبات.
• معرفة معايير السلامة وفحوصات الجودة.
• الاهتمام بالتفاصيل مع مهارات القيادة الممتازة.
