• Develop design concepts into practical layouts and accurate technical solutions.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is executed.

• Conduct site visits to oversee progress and resolve technical issues.

• Prepare and document material specifications, finishes, and schedules.

• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.

🇬🇧 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.

• 3-4 years of professional experience in technical design and detailing.

• Strong knowledge of joinery, materials, finishes, and shop drawings.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Patience, diplomacy, and attention to details.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• شهادة بكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي، العمارة الداخلية، أو العمارة.
