🛒 وصف الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن مخطط طلبات مساعد (Associate Demand Planner) للانضمام إلى فريقنا، والمساهمة في تطوير متجر البقالة الخاص بنا "tMart"، وهو أول مفهوم لمتاجر التخزين السحابي في المنطقة، يقدم توصيلًا للبقالة خلال 30 دقيقة بأسعار تنافسية.
لقد توسّعت الخدمة بسرعة لتشمل دول: الكويت، الإمارات، قطر، الأردن، البحرين، مصر، عُمان، والعراق.
📌 المهام والمسؤوليات

دعم إنشاء أوامر الشراء (POs) لتجديد المخزون وضمان توافر المنتجات في المتاجر والمستودعات، وإدارة البيانات المتعلقة بذلك.

إصدار أوامر الشراء بناءً على توقعات الطلب ضمن الوقت المحدد من قبل المدير، مع تتبع استلام الأوامر.

دعم في ضمان توفر المخزون الصحيح داخل المتاجر (تجنب نفاد أو فائض المخزون) من خلال تحليل حالة المخزون الحالية وتحديث معايير الطلب.

المتابعة اليومية لحركة المخزون وتشغيل تقارير التعديلات اليومية على المخزون.

دعم المدير في إدارة مخزون بقيمة تصل إلى 1.5 مليون دينار كويتي، وضمان إصدار حوالي 1,750 أمر شراء أسبوعيًا للمخازن ومراكز التوزيع.

تنسيق عملية تجديد المنتجات الطازجة مع الموردين ومشرفي المتاجر.

إعداد التقارير الرئيسية مثل: معدل التوافر، المبيعات المفقودة، تغطية المخزون، ومستويات الخدمة.

المراقبة والإبلاغ عن المخزون القريب من تاريخ الانتهاء، وتخطيط تقليل الفائض والمنتجات بطيئة الحركة.

استخدام أدوات الأنظمة المختلفة لاستخراج البيانات وإعداد أوامر الشراء مثل: IM، PO Tool، Tableau، Looker.

التنسيق مع مشرفي المتاجر والإداريين لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.

🛒 Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Demand Planner to join our team and support the growth of our in-house grocery store, tMart.
tMart is the region’s first cloud store concept, offering 30-minute grocery delivery at competitive prices. The service has rapidly expanded across: Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman, and Iraq.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Support in creating Purchase Orders (POs) for stock replenishment and maintaining product availability in stores and warehouses, along with data management.

Create POs based on demand forecasts in a timely manner, as directed by the lead, and track PO receipts.

Assist in ensuring proper inventory levels in stores (avoiding Out-of-Stock or Over-Stock situations) by analyzing current inventory status and updating ordering parameters.

Daily monitoring of stock movement and running daily inventory adjustment reports.

Support the lead in managing inventory worth KD 1.5 million, and ensuring issuance of approximately 1,750 POs weekly for stores and Distribution Centers.

Coordinate fresh products replenishment with suppliers and store supervisors.

Prepare key reports such as: availability, lost sales, stock cover, and service level reports.

Monitor and report on stock risks including: close-to-expiry items, overstock, and slow-moving products.

Use various system tools for data generation and PO preparation, including: IM, PO Tool, Tableau, and Looker.

Coordinate with store supervisors and admins to ensure smooth operations.
