Position Location

Manama, Bahrain

Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to lead the operations at our manufacturing facility in Manama. This role involves full responsibility for ensuring performance, safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations: EHS, production, maintenance, warehouse & logistics

• Optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Oversee production planning and inventory with supply chain teams

• Monitor key metrics and apply data-driven solutions for continuous improvement

• Lead and develop a high-performing team

• Manage facility and equipment maintenance

• Align plant goals with company objectives via cross-functional collaboration

• Develop and control budgets, capital expenditures, and cost-saving initiatives

• Promote a culture of innovation and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing

• Proven success in plant operations and performance improvement

• Strong understanding of safety & compliance standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.)

• Experience in production planning, inventory management, and process optimization

• Data analysis skills with implementation experience

• Effective leadership and team-building skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software

• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• قيادة العمليات اليومية: السلامة المهنية، الإنتاج، الصيانة، المخازن واللوجستيات

• تطوير استراتيجيات لتحسين الإنتاجية وخفض التكاليف

• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والبيئة

• الإشراف على تخطيط الإنتاج وإدارة المخزون بالتعاون مع فرق سلسلة التوريد

• تحليل مؤشرات الأداء واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات

• تطوير فريق عالي الأداء من خلال القيادة والتدريب

• الإشراف على صيانة المعدات والمرافق

• التعاون مع الفرق المختلفة لمواءمة الأهداف مع استراتيجية الشركة

• إدارة الميزانيات والمشاريع الرأسمالية ومبادرات خفض التكاليف

• تعزيز ثقافة الابتكار والتميز التشغيلي في المصنع

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو مجال مشابه

• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مناصب قيادية في بيئة صناعية

• سجل حافل في إدارة العمليات وتحسين الأداء

• معرفة قوية بمعايير السلامة والامتثال (مثل OSHA، EPA)

• خبرة في تخطيط الإنتاج وتحسين العمليات وإدارة المخزون

• قدرة مثبتة على تحليل البيانات وتطبيق الحلول

• مهارات قيادية وإدارية ممتازة

• كفاءة مالية قوية في إدارة الميزانيات والنفقات

• إتقان برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج التصنيع

• معرفة بأساليب التحسين المستمر مثل Six Sigma أو Lean Manufacturing

• مهارات تواصل واتخاذ قرار عالية

• القدرة على التكيف مع بيئة عمل ديناميكية وسريعة التغير
