LNG - PANEL OPERATOR

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Engineering or Chemical Engineering Degree or recognised Professional Engineering qualification or relevant professional training and experience with appropriate vocational qualifications
• Marine qualifications at an appropriate level may be acceptable provided experience includes service in senior rank on board LNG or LPG ships with responsibility for control and supervision of cargo operations and time spent working in marine terminals and onshore facilities with knowledge of regasification processes
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in hydrocarbon processing with at least 2 years’ experience with LNG and/or high-pressure natural gas
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Control Room or Panel Operator in a hydrocarbon process plant or other large industrial process plant with a Distributed Instrumentation and Control System (DCS, DCIS) – experience of Yokogawa operating system preferred
• Understanding and experience of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) Emergency Shut Down Systems (ESD) and Fire and Gas Detection Systems (FGS)
• Experience of Safe Systems of Work, Permit to Work, control of isolations and overrides, etc
• Experience and training in Emergency Response
• Proven interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English speaker

الوظائف المطلوبة في شركة سي بيك وتفاصيلها:

مشغل لوحة الغاز الطبيعي المسال

المتطلبات (المعرفة والمهارات والقدرات)

• درجة في الهندسة أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو مؤهل هندسي مهني معترف به أو تدريب وخبرة مهنية ذات صلة مع المؤهلات المهنية المناسبة
• قد تكون المؤهلات البحرية على المستوى المناسب مقبولة بشرط أن تشمل الخبرة الخدمة في رتبة عليا على متن سفن الغاز الطبيعي المسال أو غاز البترول المسال مع المسؤولية عن التحكم والإشراف على عمليات الشحن والوقت الذي يقضيه في العمل في المحطات البحرية والمرافق البرية مع معرفة عمليات إعادة التغويز
• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في معالجة الهيدروكربونات مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الغاز الطبيعي المسال و/أو الغاز الطبيعي عالي الضغط
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمشغل غرفة تحكم أو لوحة في مصنع معالجة هيدروكربوني أو مصنع معالجة صناعية كبير آخر بنظام أجهزة التحكم والتوزيع (DCS، DCIS) - يفضل الخبرة في نظام تشغيل يوكوجاوا
• فهم وخبرة في أنظمة السلامة الآلية (SIS) وأنظمة الإغلاق في حالات الطوارئ (ESD) وأنظمة الكشف عن الحرائق والغاز (FGS)
• خبرة في أنظمة العمل الآمنة، وتصاريح العمل، والتحكم في العزل والتجاوزات، وما إلى ذلك
• الخبرة والتدريب في الاستجابة للطوارئ
• مهارات شخصية مثبتة
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي
• متحدث اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة
