Assistant Barista / Barista – The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf | Bahrain | Full-Time

About the Role:
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Baristas / Baristas to join our team in Bahrain. Candidates currently available in Bahrain for interviews are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including specialty beverages.

• Describe menu items and suggest products to customers.

• Take customer orders and provide excellent service.

• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment regularly.

• Work flexible shifts as per operational requirements.

• Communicate effectively in English with team members and customers.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café or barista role is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Availability to work in Bahrain and join immediately.

عن الدور:
تبحث شركة The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf عن مساعدي / باريستا متحمسين ومهتمين بخدمة العملاء للانضمام إلى فريقها في البحرين. يُفضّل المرشحون المتواجدون حاليًا في البحرين لإجراء المقابلات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إعداد وتقديم المشروبات الساخنة والباردة والمشروبات المتخصصة.

• شرح عناصر القائمة واقتراح المنتجات للعملاء.

• استقبال الطلبات وخدمة العملاء بشكل ممتاز.

• تنظيف وتعقيم مناطق العمل والمعدات بانتظام.
