Site QA/QC Manager 

Responsibilities

• Assist the QA/QC Manager in developing and implementing a jobsite orientation program to ensure team awareness of project quality requirements.
• Prepare and manage project quality system documentation prior to commencement, including control and archiving upon project completion.
• Conduct internal and second-party site audits, prepare audit reports, identify non-conformances, and verify corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor and manage the resolution of non-conformance reports and customer complaints.
• Review and verify contractor and vendor documentation to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Attend and coordinate project quality requirements in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review qualifications and training needs of quality inspection personnel to ensure competence.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities at the site level, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and report on project KPIs and monitor statistical quality control methods.
• Maintain and update AS-BUILT marked-up drawings monthly, ensuring they reflect at least 80% of actual site progress.
• Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate submission of AS-BUILT drawings.
• Conduct pre-job briefings with site execution teams (direct and indirect) for each approved method statement.
• Document and maintain lessons learned for continuous improvement and future reference.
• Perform various assignments assigned by the QA / QC Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with a post graduate qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 15 – 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with relevant GCC experience.
• Eligible for CRPEP grade A registration.
• Good organizing and coordinating skills.
• Ability to gather and analyse statistical data, budgeting and generate reports.
• Ability to use language and communications translation issues and activities as necessary to enable effective relations and integration.
• Good database management skills.
• Knowledge of temporary works preferred.

مدير ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في الموقع 

المسؤوليات

• مساعدة مدير ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في تطوير وتنفيذ برنامج توجيه موقع العمل لضمان وعي الفريق بمتطلبات جودة المشروع.
• إعداد وإدارة وثائق نظام جودة المشروع قبل البدء، بما في ذلك التحكم والأرشفة عند اكتمال المشروع.
• إجراء عمليات تدقيق داخلية وخارجية للموقع، وإعداد تقارير التدقيق، وتحديد حالات عدم المطابقة، والتحقق من الإجراءات التصحيحية / الوقائية.
• مراقبة وإدارة حل تقارير عدم المطابقة وشكاوى العملاء.
• مراجعة والتحقق من وثائق المقاول والمورد لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الجودة.
• حضور وتنسيق متطلبات جودة المشروع في الاجتماعات مع العملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين.
• مراجعة مؤهلات واحتياجات التدريب لموظفي التفتيش على الجودة لضمان الكفاءة.
• تنسيق جميع أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة على مستوى الموقع، وضمان التوافق مع مواصفات المشروع والمعايير.
• إعداد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمشروع وإعداد التقارير عنها ومراقبة أساليب مراقبة الجودة الإحصائية.
• صيانة وتحديث الرسومات المحددة وفقًا للتصميم المبني شهريًا، مع التأكد من أنها تعكس ما لا يقل عن 80% من التقدم الفعلي للموقع.
• متابعة المقاولين من الباطن لضمان تقديم الرسومات AS-BUILT في الوقت المناسب وبشكل دقيق.
• إجراء إحاطات ما قبل العمل مع فرق تنفيذ الموقع (المباشرة وغير المباشرة) لكل بيان طريقة معتمد.
• توثيق الدروس المستفادة والحفاظ عليها لتحسينها بشكل مستمر والرجوع إليها في المستقبل.
• تنفيذ المهام المختلفة الموكلة إليه من قبل مدير ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة.

المؤهلات

• - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، مع مؤهل الدراسات العليا في مجال ذي صلة.
• - خبرة تتراوح من 15 إلى 20 سنة على الأقل في قطاع البناء، مع خبرة ذات صلة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
• مؤهل للحصول على تسجيل الدرجة A في CRPEP.
• مهارات جيدة في التنظيم والتنسيق.
• القدرة على جمع وتحليل البيانات الإحصائية وإعداد الميزانية وإنشاء التقارير.
• القدرة على استخدام قضايا وأنشطة الترجمة اللغوية والاتصالات حسب الضرورة لتمكين العلاقات الفعالة والتكامل.
• مهارات جيدة في إدارة قواعد البيانات.
• يفضل معرفة الأعمال المؤقتة.
