Key Responsibilities

• Build & Lead Operations: Architect the MENA office from the ground up—including hiring, systems, and service delivery.

Requirements 

Professional Experience

• 10+ years in a marketing or communications agency environment (client or strategy leadership roles preferred)
• Experience operating in regulated or complex industries (e.g., fintech, healthcare, public sector, education, ESG)
• Track record of business building or leading an independent practice, division, or region
• Proven success with client strategy, brand development, and market positioning

Technical & Operational Skills

• Strong financial acumen; comfort with P&L management, budgeting, and revenue forecasting
• Excellent grasp of marketing technology stacks, digital strategy, and data-informed storytelling
• Familiarity with MENA market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cross-cultural communications

Leadership Qualities
