• Conduct assessments of governance structures, risk management processes, and internal control frameworks.

• Ensure practices are in line with both BFSI and non-BFSI industry norms.

🚨 Identifying Gaps and Risks

• Identify process gaps, control deficiencies, and compliance risks.

• Provide practical, value-added recommendations for improvement.

📝 Reporting and Communication

• Prepare and present clear, concise, and actionable audit reports.

• Share findings with senior management and client leadership.

📌 Client Engagement Management

• Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client engagements.

• Participate in audit committee meetings and board-level presentations.

• Ensure service delivery, issue resolution, and relationship management.
