A Dispatch Supervisor provides daily supervision and administration for dispatching the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) final product to its destination. They communicate specific instructions to drivers for each dispatch, report issues to the transportation supervisor, and ensure timely dispatch of all loads.
📋 Main Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of the dispatch department by effectively communicating with drivers for each dispatch.

Ensure all dispatches are on time and all required documentation is complete.

Coordinate with the sales department to receive dispatch work orders containing product quantity and schedule.
-
Arrange for concrete pumps to be sent to job sites, based on details from the schedule coordinator including customer name, location, contact information, quantity, mix design, and delivery timing.

📋 المسؤوليات الرئيسية

الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لقسم الإرسال من خلال التواصل الفعّال مع السائقين بخصوص كل عملية إرسال.

التأكد من إرسال جميع الشحنات في الوقت المحدد مع اكتمال جميع الأوراق اللازمة لكل شحنة.

التنسيق مع قسم المبيعات لاستلام أوامر العمل التي تحتوي على كميات المنتجات وجدول التوصيل.
-
ترتيب إرسال مضخة الخرسانة إلى موقع العمل بناءً على المعلومات الواردة من منسق الجداول الزمنية مثل اسم العميل، الموقع، رقم التواصل، الكمية، نوع الخلطة، ووقت التسليم.
