Key Responsibilities

•  Strategy & Campaign Leadership – Develop and execute data-driven strategies, lead campaign ideation, and optimize performance.

•  Project Execution & Timeliness – Communicate logistics, resources, and requirements to the PM, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, shoots, and edits.

Requirements

•  Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering successful campaigns. 
•  Strong client communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to ensure client ideas and feedback are incorporated into the process. 
•  Expertise in leading campaign ideation and execution with a results-driven approach. 
•  Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize social media strategies. 
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and content creation platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with both clients and internal teams, ensuring all logistics, feedback, and resources are handled promptly and effectively.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

•  قيادة الاستراتيجية والحملات – تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تعتمد على البيانات، وقيادة أفكار الحملة، وتحسين الأداء. 
•  تنسيق المحتوى والعملاء - الإشراف على إنشاء المحتوى وإدارة اتصالات العملاء والتأكد من تطوير أفكار العملاء والموافقة عليها ومعالجة التعليقات على المنتجات النهائية. 
•  تنفيذ المشروع والالتزام بالتوقيت – توصيل الخدمات اللوجستية والموارد والمتطلبات إلى مدير المشروع، وضمان التنفيذ السلس للحملات والتصوير والتحرير. 
•  القيادة والتعاون بين الفرق – توجيه وتوجيه المتخصصين في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتعزيز الإبداع، وضمان اتساق العلامة التجارية بين الفرق. 
•  تعليقات العملاء ورضاهم – معالجة تعليقات العملاء بشأن المحتوى، والتأكد من تطبيق التغييرات، وإدارة التوقعات بشكل استباقي لضمان مستوى عالٍ من الرضا. 
•  التفكير التحليلي – تتبع مقاييس الأداء وتحليل رؤى الجمهور لتحسين الاستراتيجيات وتحسين المشاركة. 
•  الوعي بالاتجاهات والابتكار - ابق على اطلاع باتجاهات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتحديثات المنصة وأفضل الممارسات لتحسين الاستراتيجيات والحملات 

متطلبات 

•  درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة. 
•  أكثر من 3 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، أو التسويق الرقمي، أو استراتيجية المحتوى، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في وكالة إعلامية. 
•  خبرة قيادية مثبتة في إدارة الفرق وتنفيذ الحملات الناجحة. 
•  مهارات قوية في التواصل مع العملاء وإدارة العلاقات، مع القدرة على ضمان دمج أفكار العملاء وردود أفعالهم في العملية. 
•  خبرة في قيادة أفكار الحملات وتنفيذها مع نهج موجه نحو النتائج. 
•  عقلية تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات وتحسين استراتيجيات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. 
• القدرة على تحديد الأولويات، وتنفيذ مهام متعددة، وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في ظل مواعيد نهائية ضيقة.
• الكفاءة في أدوات تحليل وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومنصات إنشاء المحتوى (Canva، Adobe Suite، CapCut، إلخ).
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتنسيق مع كل من العملاء والفرق الداخلية، وضمان التعامل مع جميع الخدمات اللوجستية وردود الفعل والموارد بسرعة وفعالية.
