Position: Systems Solutions Specialist
Location: Bahrain
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather and document business requirements

• Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional and technical designs

• Configuration & Customization: Set up and adapt systems to meet specific business goals

• Technical Collaboration: Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and data teams for smooth system integration

• Testing & Training: Develop and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing, and train end-users

• Project Management: Lead or assist in managing systems projects including planning, resource allocation, and communication

• Post-Implementation Support: Provide support after go-live and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on latest features and best practices in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies

Technical Skills

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Store Commerce (POS), and Dynamics 365 CRM

• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft integrations

• Experience in customization and integrations

• Strong D365 architecture and functional understanding

Functional Skills

• Strong business analysis and workshop facilitation capabilities

• Ability to convert business needs into clear documentation and technical specs

• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proven experience in delivering tech solutions that meet real-world business needs

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 5–6 years of relevant experience

• Proven expertise in both Technical & Functional roles for Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Experience with Azure and D365 integrations/data migration

• Bilingual (Arabic & English)

• Microsoft certifications preferred

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year experience in:

  • Microsoft Dynamics

  • Azure

  • Power BI

  • Solution Design

  • POS Management

  • Business Analysis

  • Conducting Workshops

  • Project Management

• تحليل الأعمال: إجراء ورش عمل ومقابلات مع أصحاب المصلحة لتجميع وتحليل متطلبات العمل

• تصميم الحلول: تحويل المتطلبات إلى تصاميم شاملة تشمل الجوانب الفنية والوظيفية

• إعداد وتخصيص الأنظمة: تكوين الأنظمة وتخصيصها لتلبية احتياجات العمل

• التعاون الفني: التنسيق مع فرق التطوير والبنية التحتية والبيانات لضمان تكامل سلس

• الاختبار والتدريب: إعداد وتنفيذ سيناريوهات الاختبار، دعم اختبار القبول، وتدريب المستخدمين

• إدارة المشاريع: دعم أو قيادة تنفيذ مشاريع الأنظمة بما يشمل الجداول الزمنية وتخصيص الموارد

• الدعم ونقل المعرفة: تقديم الدعم بعد الإطلاق ونقل المعرفة للفرق الداخلية

• التحديث المستمر: متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والتحديثات في تقنيات Microsoft Dynamics 365

المهارات التقنية

• فهم عميق لـ Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O، نظام نقاط البيع (POS)، وDynamics 365 CRM

• معرفة بخدمات Azure وعمليات التكامل/الترحيل

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

• شهادات Microsoft (ميزة إضافية)

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق
