About the Job
Join EY’s Indirect Tax team in the MENA region and become part of a globally integrated network helping organizations optimize the movement of goods and services. You will provide tailored VAT and indirect tax advice, identify risk areas, and advise on sustainable planning strategies. Your work will include guiding clients on complex transactions, resolving disputes with authorities, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations and Free Trade Agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with worldwide VAT professionals to combine cross-border transaction expertise with local tax knowledge.

• Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and presentations for clients and senior team members.

• Develop and maintain productive client relationships and strong internal networks within EY.

• Build deep understanding of Customs Law and its application across countries.

• Advise clients on VAT treatment of new transactions and outbound investments.

• Engage with colleagues in international offices to provide VAT advice globally.
