PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of building construction projects (residential, commercial, or high-rise) within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Control project costs, review budgets, and ensure adherence to financial forecasts.
• Review and approve drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Lead weekly project meetings with stakeholders, presenting progress reports and action plans.
• Manage change orders, variations, and claims, ensuring proper documentation and negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and HSE standards throughout project execution.

• Oversee project close-out activities, including testing, commissioning, handover, and final account reconciliation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

10–12 years of experience in building construction, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.

Proven track record in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or high-rise projects.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and project controls.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly under pressure.

Familiarity with FIDIC and other international contract standards is an advantage.

Knowledge of GCC building codes, authority approval processes, and HSE regulations preferred.

Valid driving license is mandatory.

مدير المشروع

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• قيادة التخطيط الشامل وتنفيذ وتسليم مشاريع البناء (السكنية أو التجارية أو الشاهقة) ضمن النطاق والوقت والميزانية.
• قم بتطوير خطط المشروع التفصيلية والجداول الزمنية وتخصيص الموارد باستخدام Primavera P6 أو MS Project.
• التنسيق والتواصل مع المهندسين المعماريين والاستشاريين والمهندسين والمقاولين وممثلي العملاء لضمان التنفيذ السلس للمشروع.
• مراقبة تقدم المشروع، وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف الفعالة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة البناء أو تخصص ذي صلة.

10-12 سنة خبرة في مجال البناء، مع ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مدير المشروع.

سجل حافل في إدارة المشاريع السكنية أو التجارية أو الشاهقة واسعة النطاق.

فهم قوي لمنهجيات البناء وإدارة العقود وضوابط المشاريع.

الكفاءة في برامج Primavera P6 و MS Project و AutoCAD و Microsoft Office Suite.

مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتنظيم والتواصل.

قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات، خاصة تحت الضغط.

المعرفة بمعايير FIDIC وغيرها من معايير العقود الدولية تشكل ميزة إضافية.

يفضل معرفة قواعد البناء في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، وعمليات موافقة الهيئة، وأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
